Questions
Common questions.
I already have an architect. Do I need a project manager?
Your architect leads the design. A project manager looks after the whole project on your behalf — budget, program, consultants, procurement and the builder — independently of the design.
Can you take on just part of the project?
Yes. You can engage me for the full journey, or for a single stage such as tender or construction.
How are fees structured?
I charge on an hourly basis, or can provide a fixed fee if the requirements of the project are known.
